How much does the ipod touch cost per month and yearly?

I can buy the handheld but I need to know how much everything cost on it per month and yearly.
its free to have. its not like an iPad. the internet is free, u use WiFi. most apps are free but some cost money the music is obviously costly at $1.29 per song. but theres no ongoing cost.
There are no on-going expenses. It is a one time expense, but you would have to purchase songs/videos, if you want to do it the legal way.
