Ok, my xbox fell over while I was playing and the disc tray scratched a clear circle on the bottom of the disc. Solutions? This is my MW2 disc, so this is REALLY important. Can you like, get someone elses disc and install the game on the xbox or something or pave over the scratches with something or am i ****** and i need to get a new disc
Well if your Xbox 360 cannot read or even recognize the disc after getting that scratch, then installing your friends MW2 will not work. The 360 has to at least recognize the disc and if it cant get past that scratch, youre out of luck as far as that disc goes. Your only options are to go to Gamestop and buy a new or used copy, get the game from one of your friends, or to wait for the game to be released on the Xbox Live Marketplace for Games on Demand. And next time, place your 360 flat (horizontal) so it wont fall over.
