When i try to take a picture or video the camera screen is black and when i click ok to take a picture, it takes the picture of the blackness than says cannot load file. And no I'm not in extreme light or extreme darkness, so i don't know how to fix the problem...should i call the company and ask? delete some items off my phone? there isn't anything covering then lens, so I'm just lost.
call the company if no take off the battery.
