i have been reading some information on what devices such as sd cf cards you can use and not on the sony a200 and it say you can use the Cf card and the memory stick pro duo is this correct ?

Yes, the Sony A200 accepts Compact Flash and Memory Stick, but not SD cards.
on mine im pretty sure i can only use the cf card, i think the memory stick duo is for higher models, but im truly happy with perfomance of the card, i got a really fast one, and suggest you invest into that too since it will let you take more action shots in a row before your memory card gives way to the intense memory being sent to it
